With the global pandemic of COVID-19, many people may not be able to attend their usual community exercise programs or outpatient rehabilitation programs and may be feeling anxious or stressed. From a health perspective, it is important for people to stay as active as possible while staying safe. To support this we provide links to exercise programs for clients that can be completed at home here. We also provide information on social distancing here.
